This Privacy Policy describes how AgentRelay (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit agentrelay.in, sign up for the service, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact details: name, business name, email address, and phone number when you sign up or request early access.
- Verification data: a one-time SMS verification code sent to your phone number to confirm ownership.
- Support correspondence: any messages you send us at support@agentrelay.in.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: API request metadata (timestamps, endpoint paths, status codes), error logs, and aggregate traffic statistics.
- Device + connection data: IP address, user agent, and approximate location derived from IP, when you visit our website.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the AgentRelay service.
- To verify your phone number and prevent fraud.
- To send you account notifications, security alerts, and important service updates.
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. SMS-specific disclosures
When you sign up for AgentRelay or request early access, we may send you SMS messages including:
- Verification codes: a one-time numeric code to confirm ownership of your phone number.
- Account notifications: occasional messages about account status, security events, or service updates.
Opt-in. By providing your phone number during signup or early-access request, you consent to receive the SMS messages described above from AgentRelay at the number provided. The signup form makes this consent explicit at the point of submission.
Opt-out. You can opt out of all non-transactional AgentRelay SMS at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages, except that we may still send transactional verification codes if you initiate them (e.g., a new login).
Help. Reply HELP, INFO, or SUPPORT to any AgentRelay SMS to receive contact information for support, or email support@agentrelay.in.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typical accounts receive fewer than 5 messages per month.
Carrier rates. Message and data rates may apply. AgentRelay is not responsible for carrier charges. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. AgentRelay-issued SMS is delivered through Twilio, Inc. and supports all major U.S. mobile carriers.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers: we use trusted third parties to operate our service, including Twilio (SMS and voice), Telegram, and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers process information on our behalf under written contracts.
- Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AgentRelay, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: if AgentRelay is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction; we will notify you in advance.
5. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Message and verification data is retained for the period required to deliver the service plus a 90-day window for debugging and abuse prevention.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal-retention obligations.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

7. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children
AgentRelay is intended for use by businesses and developers age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
9. International users
AgentRelay operates from the United States and India. By using the service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions, which may have different data-protection rules than your home country.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on this site.
