Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of agentrelay.in and the AgentRelay service (collectively, the “Service”) operated by AgentRelay (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service description
AgentRelay provides multi-channel customer messaging infrastructure for modern applications and developers, including SMS, voice, Telegram, and email. The Service abstracts the underlying telecommunication providers so that customers can provision phone numbers, bots, and channels through a single API.
2. Eligibility and account terms
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at security@agentrelay.in.
3. SMS messaging terms
If you sign up for the Service, you may receive SMS messages from AgentRelay including verification codes and account notifications, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Opt-in. By providing your phone number through the AgentRelay signup form or early-access form, you expressly consent to receive these SMS messages from AgentRelay at the number provided. The signup form clearly displays this consent before submission.
Opt-out. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END to any AgentRelay SMS to opt out of all non-transactional messages. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further marketing or notification messages.
Help. Reply HELP, INFO, or SUPPORT to any AgentRelay SMS for support contact information, or email support@agentrelay.in.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typical accounts receive fewer than 5 messages per month.
Carriers. Messaging is delivered through Twilio, Inc. and supports all major U.S. mobile carriers. Message and data rates may apply. AgentRelay is not responsible for carrier charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10DLC compliance. AgentRelay’s sender phone numbers are registered through The Campaign Registry (TCR) under U.S. A2P 10DLC requirements. We follow CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and do not send prohibited content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for, or to facilitate, any of the following:
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, or marketing without proper opt-in.
- Phishing, fraud, impersonation, or social engineering.
- Sending messages with content prohibited by carriers, including but not limited to: gambling, sex/adult content, hate speech, weapons, illegal drugs, or content that violates the CTIA Messaging Principles.
- Harassment, threats, or abuse directed at any person or group.
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
- Activities that violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract source code or trade secrets from the Service.
- Activities that overload, disrupt, or impair the Service or its underlying providers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
5. Fees and payment
The Service is currently in private preview. If pricing terms are introduced, we will provide written notice at least 30 days before any charge takes effect. You may cancel your account at any time before fees become applicable.
6. Intellectual property
AgentRelay and its underlying software, designs, and brand assets are the property of AgentRelay. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your content; by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers including Twilio, Telegram, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or other issues caused by third-party providers.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTRELAY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@agentrelay.in. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12) will survive.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on this site, at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
